Urban Media & Digital Placemaking
A digital placemaking project that transforms static architecture into a responsive narrative surface. By visualizing human movement data as persistent traces, the work turns the history of a site's community into a living digital layer. Originally a projection study, it now serves as a scalable model for visualizing intangible cultural heritage in public spaces.
In Urban Media & Digital Placemaking, I create AV content and interactive systems that make ambitious performances accessible. I translate choreographic intent into visual language, helping audiences understand and connect with complex movement narratives.

A story-led projection mapping piece for BLINK Cincinnati 2025. The work follows a peaceful transformation: a city legend appears, a structure forms, plants grow through it, and the surface becomes a living architecture.
I designed this using kishotenketsu (a four-part story structure without conflict). It helps the visuals read clearly from the street: introduction → development → turn → conclusion.

Performing Arts
Theatrical design and dance visualization for an international production. The work combines projection mapping, motion graphics, and interactive systems to support narrative storytelling and make complex choreography accessible to diverse audiences.
In Performing Arts, I design visual systems that enhance rather than compete with live performance. I create projection content that responds to choreography, making movement patterns visible and helping audiences follow complex narratives.

Brand Collaborations
Principal artist and projection public art activation for the Vol. 6 launch at six locations around the Barclays Center Brooklyn. Celebrating James Harden as an iconic athlete. Unifying choreography-inspired motion design with product storytelling.
In Brand Collaborations, I create immersive brand experiences designed for genuine audience connection. I translate brand values and product stories into motion-driven visual narratives that resonate emotionally.
A lobby artwork for the LED totems at International Towers 2 & 3 in Barangaroo. The piece turns a full Sydney Harbour tidal cycle into a 10‑minute underwater world of native flora and calm, slow currents.
In Urban Media & Digital Placemaking, I design work that connects smart buildings back to their environment. Here, the harbour outside the towers becomes a quiet presence inside the lobby, giving tenants a moment of brightness and calm between meetings.
Immersive enterprise software visualization for SC23, SC24, and SC25 conferences. Turning complex data management concepts into visceral, motion-driven visual narratives. A site-specific dance visualization installation overlaying motion-captured dancers within a LiDAR-scanned point cloud environment of the State Library Victoria's La Trobe Reading Room.
In Brand Collaborations, I design experiences for corporate events and trade shows that make abstract concepts tangible. I translate technical complexity into intuitive visual narratives, using motion and dance to humanize enterprise software and data systems.

R&D
A generative choreography performance visualizing distributed computing systems. "Scalable Choreography" uses mathematical rules to generate movement for five dancers, translating abstract data processing concepts into an embodied visual experience for the Super Computing Conference 2025.
In Research & Development, I explore how movement can be translated into digital forms, developing new techniques for making complex systems visible and comprehensible. This project bridges the gap between high-performance computing and human expression, proving that complex algorithms can be understood through movement.
Research project exploring how digital visualization can make dance more accessible and understandable to diverse audiences. Investigating the relationship between movement, time, and visual representation to develop new methods for translating choreographic intent into visual language.
In Research & Development, I conduct proof-of-concept prototypes and research-through-design methodologies. I explore how movement can be translated into digital forms, developing new techniques for making dance visible and comprehensible.
Research project investigating the relationship between breath patterns and movement in dance. The work uses biometric sensors and visualization techniques to make invisible physiological processes visible, creating new ways to understand and represent the embodied experience of dance.
In Research & Development, I conduct experimental projects that explore the boundaries of movement visualization. I investigate how technology can reveal hidden aspects of dance, from breath patterns to muscle activation, creating new forms of digital representation.
